Guess I’m not the only one that gets tears in his eyes when chopping onions. I actually enjoy the knife work (though I am dreadfully slow), but I look like I just got done watching the final scene from Field of Dreams when I’m done chopping them. *SNIFF*

To be honest we enjoy the “knife-work” too, after all more often than not we cook as a way of relaxing and unwinding from work.
